After several unsuccessful Permanent Residence (PR) applications, Mr. Koh and his wife, Iris, were starting to lose hope. Despite multiple attempts, each application ended in rejection.
Instead of submitting another PR application with the same approach, they explored the sponsorship route. As a Singaporean, Mr. Koh sponsored Iris’s application, ensuring the submission was properly prepared with the right supporting documents and a stronger representation of their case.
Just six months after submitting the sponsorship application, Iris’s PR was approved.
Their journey shows that a previous PR rejection does not necessarily mean the end of the road. With the right strategy and a well-prepared application, a different pathway can lead to a successful outcome.
