Management Support Officer
Management Support Officers are deployed to the Services Centres to provide customer service at the counters on immigration-related matters including application for permanent residency. The duties include handling and processing of immigration documents and related administrative duties in support of the daily operations of the Services Centres.
Immigration Services – Specialist
As an Immigration Specialist, you are responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the laws, regulations and policies of various Departments. Your duties and responsibilities include getting the most up to date information, providing quality work and possessing knowledge on immigrations procedures. Ex-ICA officers working at immigrations preferred.
Training
Newly appointed specialist will undergo an 8-week knowledge Course (non-residential) at our training centres, which will equip officers with the knowledge and skills to perform their duties.
